01Do I need experience to try reformer pilates?
No. Every class has beginner adaptations, and the instructor sets the spring resistance and equipment position to your level. If it is your first time, arrive 15 minutes early and we will walk you through the reformer.
02Do the instructors speak English?
Yes. Our coaches cue in English, so language is not a barrier if you are visiting from the US or Canada.
03How much does a pilates class cost in Cancún?
A trial class is $199 MXN. From there the per-class price drops with the package, down to $93 in Naü Glow. Monthly unlimited is $2,300 MXN, and every package covers all ten disciplines.
04I am only in Cancún for a few days. What should I buy?
The 5-day unlimited pass is built exactly for that: come once or come every day, no membership and no recurring charge.
05Where are you, and is there parking?
Plaza Muray, on Av. Nichupté in Supermanzana 51 — minutes from Puerto Cancún, Malecón Américas and the Hotel Zone, with parking on site.
06What do I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothes you can move in and grip socks (we sell them at the studio). Bring water. We provide everything else.
