Do I need experience to try reformer pilates?
No. Every class has beginner adaptations, and your instructor sets the spring resistance and equipment position to match your level. If it's your first time, arrive 15 minutes early so we can walk you through the reformer.
Do instructors speak English?
Yes. Instructors give cues in English, so language isn't a barrier if you're visiting from the US, Canada or anywhere else.
How much does a class cost at Naü Studio?
