Before you buy
What if I don't use all my classes?
Classes expire at the end of the package's validity window. Before buying a large package, think honestly about how many times a week you'll actually come — for twice a week, an 8-class monthly package is usually enough.
What if I get sick or I'm traveling?
Message us on WhatsApp before your package expires and we'll look at your case. Freezes are handled individually.
What happens if I book and don't show up?
Bookings are cancelled through the app. If you don't cancel ahead of time and don't attend, an $80 MXN no-show fee applies. Spots are limited, and a reserved spot nobody uses shuts someone else out.
Does the package work for every discipline?
Yes. Reformer, Wunda Chair, Tower, mat, barre, yoga, cycle, HIIT and functional training all use the same package.
Can I pay at the studio instead?
Yes, we take cash, card and bank transfer at the front desk. Online payment exists so you don't have to wait when you get here.
I'm only here for a few days — which package makes sense?
The 5-day unlimited pass ($599 MXN) is exactly for that: come once a day if you want, with no long-term commitment.
