First time
Everything to know before your first class
No experience, no problem. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you book to the moment you walk out of the studio.
Before you come
Buy your trial class ($199 MXN) or a package online, then reserve your spot on the calendar. You'll get a confirmation by email — no app download required to purchase.
What to wear
Comfortable, fitted clothing you can move in — loose fabric can catch on the reformer's springs and carriage. You'll need grip socks; we sell them at the front desk for anyone who shows up without a pair. Bring water.
When to arrive
15 minutes before class if it's your first visit. That gives us time to get you set up on the equipment, adjust the springs to your level and answer any questions before the group starts.
During class
Groups are small and your spot is reserved. The instructor corrects form throughout the session and adapts moves for beginners — say something if a position doesn't feel right, and they'll adjust it. Instructors teach in English, so you can ask questions in whichever language is easier for you.
Getting to the studio
We're in Plaza Muray on Av. Nichupté, Supermanzana 51 — a short drive from the Hotel Zone, Puerto Cancún and Malecón Américas, with parking on site. If you're staying downtown or in the Hotel Zone, plan for 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic.
After your first class
If you liked it, the pricing page lays out every package. Staying in Cancún a few more days? The 5-day unlimited pass ($599 MXN) is the one most visitors choose.
