Who is responsible

Naü Studio, with its address at Av. Nichupté, SM 51, Mz 72, L 05, Local 34, Plaza Muray, CP 77533, Cancún, Quintana Roo, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

What we collect

When you book a class or buy a package, we collect the information needed to process the purchase and confirm your reservation — typically your name, email address and phone number, and, when applicable, health information relevant to the safe practice of physical activity. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm bookings, send receipts, answer questions, and occasionally share studio updates. We don't sell your information to third parties.

Transfers

We share data only with the providers necessary to operate the service: the booking platform and the payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

ARCO rights

Under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), you may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO rights) regarding the use of your personal data by writing to us through the contact details published on the contact page.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages from the studio, at any time by contacting us using the details below.
